I was completely baffled by being denied a food comp because I wasn't losing that day! I was very frustrated by this very unfair matter. Then, I immediately asked her 'If I am understanding you correctly, I have to be losing in order to receive a food comp at this casino?' Reward's Center agent nodded her head 'yes.' I asked to receive a small $20 food comp to the Sidewalk Cafe and I was told by Reward's Center agent that because I was up for the day (winning a couple hundred dollars), that she couldn't provide me with a food comp.
Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit.
